Ich brauche nur eine Schere und eine Zange um einem Titanblech, welches Teil einer Flugzeugturbine war eine andere Form und Bedeutung zu geben.
So versuche ich ein problematisches technisches Material, welches vielleicht auch im Krieg eingesetzt wurde, in Schmuck zu verwandeln, der von Verletzlichkeit, Nähe und Erotik erzählt und dennoch seine schroffe Materialität nicht verleugnet.
Es mag als aussichtsloses Unterfangen erscheinen ein Flugzeug in Schmuck zu recyceln, denn der Schaden durch die vorherige Verwendung ist enorm und bereits geschehen.
Auch wenn die Problematik bestehen bleibt scheint in dem Schmuckstück Hoffnung auf Eros und Verbindung auf.
